MQM Chief Altaf Hussain telephoned to former prime ministers Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, expressing his support to them for being politically victimized.
MQM Chief advised them to wait for Allah’s justice and ensured them one day the truth would win against all evils. He also suggested the government should not victimize its political opponents.
Former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf thanked Altaf Hussain for standing in hard times and also appreciated him for supporting a middle class political activist. He said PPP leaders and workers applauded his statement to condemn
political victimization by the current government. He thanked MQM leadership and activists to stand for him and prayed for Altaf Hussain for his health and life.
Talking to former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, he said you were terminated from your prime minister’s seat and also your young son was kidnapped by the terrorists. He also condemned the political cases registered against him. He said issuing non-bail warrant was a proof of political discrimination.
He said PPP leadership should strongly protest against such discriminationsagainst its elite leadership. He said despite PPP’s reactions MQM always stood aside and fully support it. Former prime minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani thanked MQM Chief Altaf Hussain and appreciated his positive approach
